We stand behind everything we make
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns straightforward and fair.
Return Window
Residential / Consumer Purchases: You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Commercial / Business Use: Products used in a commercial setting (offices, retail environments, food service, or any non-residential application) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
Contact our customer support team at customerservice@vascito.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
Once your return is authorized:
- Pack your item securely — original packaging is preferred but not required
- Ship the package to our return address using a carrier of your choice
- Send us your tracking number so we can watch for your return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or our error, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
Condition of Returned Items
Items should be returned in the condition you received them — clean and free from damage beyond normal inspection. We do not require original packaging, tags, or accessories for standard returns.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized orders (special configurations, engravings, or made-to-order products) are not eligible for a cash refund. We will issue store credit in the full amount of your purchase, valid for use on any future order. Store credit does not expire.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed receipt of your return and you have not received your refund, contact us at customerservice@vascito.com.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, initiate a return as described above. Once your return is received and approved, place a new order for the replacement item. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive exactly what you want.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customerservice@vascito.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
- Commercial-use purchases outside the 30-day window
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Standard return conditions apply.
