Free Worldwide Shipping on Orders Over $100
We ship to customers across the United States and around the world — and on any order over $100, shipping is on us. No code. No fine print. Just free shipping, straight to your door.
This applies to both domestic and international orders. If your cart is over $100, you pay nothing for shipping at checkout.
What "Free Shipping" Covers
We cover the full cost of getting your order from our Michigan factory to your delivery address. That means the carrier, the label, and the logistics — all of us.
What free shipping does not cover:
Every country has its own rules for importing goods, and those fees are set by your government — not by us. We have no control over them and cannot predict or collect them in advance. Depending on your country, you may be asked to pay one or more of the following before your package is released:
- Import duties — a tax charged by your country on goods arriving from abroad
- VAT (Value Added Tax) — a consumption tax applied in many countries, including most of Europe
- Customs fees — administrative fees charged by your country's customs authority
- Tariffs — government-imposed charges on specific categories of imported goods
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage international customers to check their country's import rules before ordering. Your country's customs authority or postal service website is the best source for current rates.
We will never misrepresent the value of your order on customs paperwork to help you avoid these fees — doing so is illegal and puts both of us at risk.
Order Processing
All orders ship from our Michigan factory within 24 hours of payment, Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

International delivery times are estimates. Customs processing in your country may add additional time beyond these windows — this is outside our control once the package clears our facility.
Order Tracking
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your delivery. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us at customerservice@vascito.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at customerservice@vascito.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
If tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, allow 1–2 additional business days — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early. If it's still missing after that, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
